Deactivating an employee

When an employee leaves the company, you can deactivate them instead of deleting.

\n\n

Why deactivate?

You keep the rental history
Employee doesn't appear in selection lists
You can reactivate them later

How to deactivate?

Go to employee details
Click Edit
Uncheck the Active option
Save changes
