What is Toolero and how does it work?
Toolero replaces Excel, paper notes and separate apps — you know who, what and when took equipment. You assign tools to employees, track rentals, control returns and issue KSeF invoices from one place. Optionally print QR codes and scan with your phone to check out or return equipment in seconds.
Do I need special equipment?
No! Just a regular phone or tablet. You can print QR codes on a regular printer and stick them on tools.
What if someone damages the QR code sticker?
You can generate a new QR code anytime and print a new sticker. Tool data stays in the system.
Can I add multiple users?
Yes! All plans have unlimited users. Every employee can issue and receive tools.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
You can export all data before canceling. We keep it for 30 days in case you want to return.
How quickly can I start using Toolero?
You can start in 15 minutes. Sign up, add your first tools, print QR codes and you're ready. No installation or training needed.
Does Toolero support e-invoicing (KSeF)?
Yes. Toolero generates KSeF-compliant invoices (Poland's national e-invoicing system) directly from a rental or service — no retyping into another app. You can also issue traditional PDF invoices and archive them in the system.
Is there a mobile app?
Toolero runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops — no install required. QR scanning uses the phone camera directly from the web page. You can also add Toolero to your home screen as a PWA to open it like a native app.
Does Toolero have an API for integrations?
Yes. Toolero exposes a REST API for integrations with accounting systems, CRMs, or tools like Zapier/Make. After signup, reach out for an API key — we'll help you set up the integration.
How do I migrate data from Excel?
We provide a CSV template — fill it with your tools (name, serial number, category, location) and import in 2 minutes. For larger databases we can help with migration — email kontakt@toolero.pl.
Is my data secure (GDPR)?
Yes. Toolero is GDPR-compliant: data stored in the European Union, encryption in transit and at rest, roles and permissions, full audit log. We sign a Data Processing Agreement.
Do you support multi-company and multi-location?
Yes. With Business and Pro plans you manage multiple branches, locations and warehouses under one account. You assign equipment to a specific location and filter reports by branch.
